POLICIES AND TERMS (As of 1/1/07)

Order Confirmation

After you shop our website and you have spoken with a customer service representative, you will receive an email stating that your order has been processed. If all items are in stock and are ready for shipment, your credit card will be processed. Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a confirmation of the order and an order number and a confirmation/tracking number for USPS Priority Mail.

Special Order on non stock items

Special order non-stock items will be charged to your card at time of order and will be non-refundable once the order is placed for the item. Special order items can take up to 30+ days to obtain and you will be notified of shipment when it occurs.

Freight Information

Orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail or common carrier, depending on the nature of the items ordered. Most orders ship the day the order is placed and should arrive within approximately 10 -14 days from the date placed. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email. Any special shipping terms will be paid for by purchaser.

International Orders or Shipping

All orders being shipped out of the US will be via US Postal Service International Priority Mail. Purchaser will incur all costs of shipping including any duty fees for that product. These will be billed to your card after the product has been shipped due to the unknown nature of the exact charges.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped and is NOT a special order non-stock item. Typically, orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from the day they are received. Our customer service department can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an item is shipped, the terms of our Returns policy will take effect.

In all cases custom or special order item(s) are non-returnable and/or non-cancelable once credit card has been charged.

Reviewing and Inspecting Your Delivery - Damaged Items

Please check all packages upon receipt for shipping damage (even if you do not plan on installing it immediately). Be sure to note any damage on the shipping company's delivery receipt and contact us by phone (931-293-2307) or e-mail returns@e-onlineplumbingparts.com. If you sign for delivery and accept a shipment, we cannot be held responsible for damaged products. Please note that a damaged product cannot be exchanged for a different item.

Return of Defective or Erroneously Shipped Items

In the event that you receive the wrong product or a defective product, please contact us by phone (931-293-2307) or e-mail (returns@e-onlineplumbingparts.com) to request a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) and arrange for return shipment. E-Onlineplumbingparts.com will pay all return shipping costs and ship an identical replacement to you at no extra charge if the product is defective. Please retain all packaging material for return shipment or freight carrier inspection. Please note that a defective or wrong product cannot be exchanged for a different item.

In the event that you return an item without an RGA you will not receive any credit or replacement part.

Returns Subject to Charges

If you are not satisfied for whatever reason your purchase, and the product(s) are not damaged or defective, please contact us by phone (931-293-2307) or e-mail (returns@e-onlineplumbingparts.com) within 3 days of delivery to request a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) and a return shipping address. Please note that all items must be returned in their original unopened packaging and in 100% sellable condition for credit to be issued. Credit will be issued for the full price of the product(s) minus a 28% restocking fee for regular stock items; special order items are non-returnable/refundable.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges on incorrect ordered items. Any materials returned without and RGA will either be returned to the sender, refused upon receipt, or an additional 15% may be added for research by our accounting department to verify the buyer and sale date. All items must be returned with a copy of the original sale ticket to ensure proper refund.

Declined acceptance of delivery

Any items shipped and declined delivery by purchaser shall be credited in the following manner; Credit will be issued for the full price of the product(s) minus a 35% restocking fee for regular stock items; special order items are non-returnable/refundable and no credit will be issued.

We will attempt to assist you in identifying a carrier for returns, however  E-Onlineplumbingparts.com will not be responsible for any returned items that have been lost in shipment.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept returns on any Special Order products, Clearance items, or products that have been installed. All shipping charges are non-refundable. For returns on defective items, see "Return of Defective or Erroneously Shipped Items"

Credits: Please allow 30 days from the time you return your package for the items to be exchanged or for your credit card to be fully credited.  E-Onlineplumbingparts.com or E-Online Plumbing Parts, Inc. cannot guarantee a refund on items returned without an RGA number or without its original packaging.

The sole purpose of obtaining this information is to enable us to provide our customers with the highest possible level of customer service. Payment

Payments may be made online using a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) . We do not accept your credit card information via e-mail but can be done on the Internet though our secured e-commerce site, or if you prefer to pay with a  money order, please contact our Customer Service Department at 931-293-2307.

Sales Tax

We collect sales tax on all orders shipped from our location due to the tax regulations of Tennessee.

International Sales & Shipping

If you would like to place an order from outside the United States or you would like to have it shipped outside the United States, please call us at 931-293-2307.

We will gladly make arrangements to have your order shipped to an export company of your choice. You will be responsible for making arrangements with the export company to complete the delivery to your final desired location.
